During 2015, I was lucky enough to visit some incredible sushi restaurants across North America. As sushi – and high end omakase joints – continue to sweep the cullinary world, there are no shortage of incredible options no matter which city – or even town – that your travels take you. I’m not sure what 2016 will bring, but I can’t wait to continue my sushi journey through this blog.
