A fish with no shortage of supply, you’ve likely had Suzuki (raw all cooked) from all over the world. A fun fact: Suzuki is actually the word for the adult version. At it’s youngest, the word is Koppa, then Seigo for the slightly older and Fukko for the age below the 4 year old Suzuki.
