One of the most strikingly beautiful Neta, Kasugo – known in english as “Young Sea Bream” – quite literally translates as “Children of the Spring”. Unlike their older brethren, Kasugo are leaner, oilier(is that a word?) and and sometimes served with crumbled shrimp (oboro) on top.
